Staffing

Many of our staff have been working with us for over 10 years!

Staff work in Key Teams and within this team your child will have a Key Person(s) to support them. All of our staff have Early Years childcare qualifications ranging from Level 3 to graduate degree level.

Staff have Paediatric First Aid certificates, training in
Safeguarding and PREVENT and Food and Hygiene certificates.

We continually take part in training to increase our knowledge and skills. These include:

ECAT
Baby signing
Beach Schools
In the Moment planning and the Curiosity Approach
SENCo Network meetings,
Heuristic play

We also regularly support trainee childcare students by offering placements to local colleges.
